Job summary

Porsche Cars North America is hiring a Controlling Intern at its Atlanta, Georgia headquarters. You will support the Financial Analyst in monthly financial reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting, while working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close process including journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist with Preview forecasting and implementation.
• Create and maintain monthly analysis reports for assigned areas.
• Assist with tracking assigned accruals during month end close.
• Work with department managers and teams to provide financial support and analysis.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as assigned.
• Learn and utilize financial software and tools as needed.
