Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation in the United States is seeking a Logistics and Sales Support Specialist to assist Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers with priority setting, shipment coordination, and accurate documentation.

You will manage SAP and Salesforce entries, track shipments, report on sales activity, and help resolve overdue invoices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A four-year degree and 4+ years' experience are expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports
• Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices
• Setting up new customers in SAP / Salesforce
• Daily and monthly sales reporting

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ year work experience
• Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel. Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
