Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Trainer who is bilingual to deliver safety and technical training to regional crews. You will supervise LCQS compliance, certify crew qualifications, and coordinate safety audits under the Region Manager.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, including climbing, rigging, and DOT inspections, with frequent travel to job sites. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualificações

• Must be bilingual (Spanish preferred) and able to communicate safety rules clearly in English.
• Experience with vegetation industry equipment and safety certifications may be required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment checks including background and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and teach climbing methods and tree felling per company training process.
• Demonstrate tree rigging and roping procedures.
• Administer DOT Pre-Trip Inspection and Driver Management Program.
• Lead and conduct safety trainings; enforce LCQS compliance.
