Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Regional Safety Superintendent to advance workplace health and safety programs, evaluate safety systems, and implement hazard abatement strategies across regions. You will revise procedures, guide field teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a strong culture of safety.

The role requires leading investigations, managing training programs, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet corporate safety goals and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and rapidly learn new skills.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement strategic improvements.
• Robust knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to interpret health and safety regulations.
• Ability to establish effective workgroups and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with proper documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop safety initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain records of audits, training, and incident reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and teleconferences to share insights.
