Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Regional Field Safety Trainer based in Phoenix, AZ with frequent travel across Utah and Nevada. The role focuses on implementing and conducting safety and technical training, ensuring LCQS compliance, and maintaining certifications for regional personnel.

You will organize regional training programs, perform site inspections, mentor Forepersons, monitor LCQS progress, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while supporting safety culture across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in line clearance tree trimming industry with LCQS completions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for delivering training at management level.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally across AZ, UT, and NV and pass pre-employment checks.
• ISA Certified Arborist / Utility Specialist certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for regional training programs and provide support to field personnel.
• Organize, schedule, and conduct all regional training programs (NELO, LCQS, DMP, First Aid/CPR, etc.).
• Conduct job site inspections and provide feedback and coaching to field staff.
• Review LCQS progress and ensure documentation compliance with corporate policies.
• Assist with incident investigations and stay current with industry training techniques.
