Qualifications

• 5+ years in line clearance tree trimming with LCQS completion.
• Experience as foreman or in a higher role.
• Strong written and verbal communication for management-level training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule regional required training programs (NELO, LCQS, DMP).
• Conduct job site inspections and coach field personnel.
• Maintain LCQS/training tracking and ensure policy compliance.
• Travel frequently in AZ, UT, NV for regional operations.
• Assist with incident investigations and safety program improvements.
