Job summary

Traders Point Christian Church is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to oversee safety and security for TPCC facilities, staff, members, guests, and assets. This role may supervise multiple campuses and coordinate security operations across locations.

You will develop protocols, train volunteers, conduct evaluations, and respond to safety issues during services and business hours. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Public Admin is preferred, with 5+ years in law enforcement or security and

• Extensive knowledge of fire prevention, safety and security operations.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Strive to keep all TPCC campuses at the cutting edge as it relates to security and safety.
• Recruit, train, resource and lead a team of Safety Volunteers across any of the TPCC campuses.
• Conduct security evaluations, supervise safety staff and volunteers, while fostering a strong team culture.
• Develop and implement safety and security protocols.
• Create and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Gifted in communication tactics with a high capacity to stay composed in confrontational and tense situations.
