Qualifications

• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain CCW permit for state with reciprocity.
• Ability to pass firearms and fitness qualifications.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all security operations at the site.
• Patrol property including parking lots and adjacent areas.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement for incidents.
• Plan and oversee security for site events.
• Maintain security systems and alarms.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements.
