Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to ensure OSHA compliance, lead citations defense, and manage training, injury protocols, and claims processes across our regional projects.

You will supervise site safety personnel, oversee incident reporting, and develop preventative safety programs. Travel through the region up to 60% and collaborate with local leadership to improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Five years of safety and risk management program experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Occupation Safety and Health; CHST/CSP a plus.
• Experience in high rise structural concrete construction preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA 1910/1926 regulations and state workers’ comp laws.
• Ability to travel and work on construction projects up to 60%.

Responsabilités

• Conduct periodic on-site safety inspections and analyze work practices for safe, efficient methods.
• Monitor regional safety metrics and trends to address risks.
• Document information in reports and analyze data to recommend controls.
• Lead quarterly SQP reviews with leadership and develop action plans based on data.
