Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, a long-standing leader in commercial concrete, seeks a Regional Safety Manager to ensure OSHA compliance and drive safety improvements across regions. You will oversee inspections, data analysis, and training programs, reporting to the Regional Safety Director.

The role requires coordinating with local leadership, developing preventative safety measures, and managing injury and claims processes across multiple sites. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of safety and risk management program experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA Part 1910 and 1926 regulations.
• Experience traveling to construction sites up to 60%.
• Prior leadership of safety inspections and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic on-site safety inspections and analyze work practices.
• Monitor safety metrics and address risks to drive improvement.
• Maintain OSHA documentation and contest notices when needed.
• Oversee regional safety training for managers, supervisors, and crews.
• Lead injury and claims management and maintain required records.
