Job summary

Cava Electric LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead OSHA-compliant safety programs across multiple projects in Texas. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing accident prevention strategies, training, and documentation to protect workers and maintain project compliance.

You will oversee site safety personnel, conduct audits, investigations, and root-cause analyses, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve performance while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of OSHA rules and industry standards.
• Experience in electrical, industrial, and construction environments.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Proven track record in safety program development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance across projects.
• Manage safety and health at multiple project sites.
• Oversee safety personnel supporting field construction projects.
• Carry out safety audits (internal, external, client, certification).
• Provide guidance and training to site safety personnel.
• Design and conduct on-site training for safety topics.
• Investigate incidents; write reports; determine root cause.
• Manage near misses and corrective actions.
• Maintain training certifications and timelines documentation.
• Preserve data integrity and confidentiality.
