Ceco Concrete Construction seeks a Regional Safety Manager to ensure OSHA compliance, lead inspections, and drive training across its regional operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of safety and risk management program experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Occupational Safety/Health or related field.
• Travel up to 60% on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site safety inspections and analyze work practices to ensure safe, efficient methods.
• Monitor regional safety metrics and trends to proactively address risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Document information in reports and analyze data to make control recommendations.
• Run quarterly SQP reviews with regional and district leadership, providing data-driven action plans.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures comply with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Oversee injury and claims management and OSHA recordkeeping.
