Job description

The Regional Manager for Data Center Projects is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and financial results of multiple data center electrical construction projects within an assigned region. This role provides strategic oversight to project teams while ensuring safe execution, schedule adherence, cost control, and exceptional client satisfaction across large-scale, mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent data center projects across the region
• Establish regional execution strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements
• Build, mentor, and lead project management, field leadership, and support teams
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and best practices

Required

• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, with significant experience in data center or mission-critical projects
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role (Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Strong financial management and P&L responsibility experience
• Deep understanding of electrical systems for data centers (power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, grounding, commissioning)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Preferred

• Experience working with hyperscale and colocation data center clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training
• Strong knowledge of contract types (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost-Plus)
