CEC is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across electrical construction projects nationwide. You will partner with Operations, Project Managers, and field teams to foster a proactive safety culture, reduce risk, and ensure safe outcomes on data centers and high-voltage projects.

This role partners closely with Operations, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field employees to foster a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce workplace risk.
The Regional Safety Manager leads and supports Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across multiple electrical construction projects within an assigned region. This role partners closely with Operations, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field employees to foster a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce workplace risk. This is a highly visible, field-based role supporting commercial, industrial, data center, and medium- and high-voltage electrical construction projects across the United States. The Regional Safety Manager builds credibility with operations leadership, proactively identifies and mitigates risk, and helps ensure every employee returns home safely each day.
This role is field-based and requires regular travel to project locations throughout the assigned region. The Regional Safety Manager will be exposed to conditions typical of active electrical construction sites, including work at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy equipment and energized systems.
