Accelevation LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead project-dedicated safety execution on large-scale initiatives. You will ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations while driving proactive risk management and safety performance.
You will mentor safety staff, coordinate with project leadership, and deliver on-site safety training and engagement with craft professionals. Travel is a component of this role as projects require presence across sites.

As Safety Manager, you will lead project-dedicated safety execution for large or complex projects, ensuring compliance with safety programs and regulations. Your leadership will drive effective safety performance and support growth through proactive risk management and collaboration.
Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.
Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces) and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification are required. Some projects may lack food facilities, so bringing meals and snacks is necessary.
