Your Impact

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing fulfillment activities within the assigned region to ensure projects and operational teams are properly staffed, equipped, and supported. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on workforce deployment, material readiness, schedule alignment, and execution support to drive predictable project delivery and operational efficiency across the region.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse and material fulfillment operations supporting all active and upcoming projects across the assigned region.

  • Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Preconstruction, and Operations leadership to understand project schedules, material requirements, and upcoming demand.

  • Manage the ordering and replenishment of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment required to support project execution.

  • Develop and maintain regional material forecasts based on project schedules, anticipated consumption, lead times, and upcoming project starts.

  • Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to ensure materials are ordered accurately, competitively, and with sufficient lead time to meet project needs.

  • Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, organization, picking, staging, kitting, and distribution of materials from the warehouse to project sites.

  • Establish fulfillment schedules and delivery priorities based on project milestones, field needs, and operational urgency.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure appropriate controls for receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, and reconciling materials.

  • Monitor inventory utilization and establish appropriate minimum/maximum stocking levels for commonly used materials and supplies.

  • Identify potential material shortages, long-lead items, supply constraints, or fulfillment risks and proactively develop solutions before they impact field execution.

  • Coordinate material transfers between projects and warehouse locations to maximize utilization and reduce unnecessary purchasing.

  • Manage project material returns, surplus inventory, damaged materials, and closeout reconciliation.

  • Partner with field leadership to improve material planning and reduce emergency orders, excess inventory, material waste, and project downtime.

  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment with clear standards for material identification, storage, handling, and accountability.

  • Establish and maintain warehouse processes, standard work, and controls that support consistent operations across the region.

  • Track and report key warehouse and fulfillment metrics, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, material availability, delivery performance, shortages, and excess inventory.

  • Support project mobilization and demobilization by coordinating material, tool, and equipment requirements.

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable warehouse and fulfillment team members, as applicable.

  • Ensure warehouse and material handling activities comply with company safety standards, policies, and operational best practices.

  • Participate in project planning, regional operations reviews, and forecasting meetings to ensure material readiness is incorporated into execution planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing coordination, and regional material fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, material management, supply chain, logistics, construction operations, or a related field.

  • Previous experience leading warehouse or material fulfillment operations strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction projects, field locations, or operational sites preferred.

  • Construction, electrical, data center, or mission-critical industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience with material ordering, inventory management, receiving, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Strong understanding of inventory controls, material forecasting, replenishment, and warehouse best practices.

  • Ability to translate project schedules and field requirements into material purchasing and fulfillment plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify material risks and proactively resolve supply or fulfillment challenges.

  • Strong communication and partnership skills with Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations leaders, Procurement, and vendors.

  • Experience managing and developing warehouse or logistics personnel preferred.

  • Proficiency with inventory management, ERP, purchasing, or warehouse management systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to manage inventory levels, identify trends, and improve operational performance.

  • Commitment to safety, accountability, cost management, and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

  • Relevant warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management certifications are a plus.

  • Competitive salary and performance bonus (if applicable)
