Job summary

Sequoia Services LLC is looking for an experienced Regional Safety Manager to oversee safety programs at multiple job sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety excellence in heavy civil construction projects.

This role requires 7+ years of construction safety experience and certifications in OSHA standards, along with a commitment to continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in heavy civil, mining, or large-scale earthmoving environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven experience managing safety programs across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement company-wide safety programs across assigned regions and projects.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA and client requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
