Job summary

Quantum Industrial is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across industrial construction projects in the assigned region. You will oversee Safety Supervisors and Coordinators, conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and drive safety performance improvements across multiple jobsites.

The role requires 7+ years in EHS within construction, strong OSHA/ANSI knowledge, and travel between sites.

Qualifications

7+ years of construction, industrial, or environmental health and safety experience.
3+ years of safety leadership or regional management experience.
Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing safety professionals.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction required
CSHO, CSP, ASP, CHST, OSHA 500, or comparable credentials preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and construction safety requirements
Experience with safety audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions
Strong understanding of high-risk construction activities
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Ability and willingness to travel regularly between assigned jobsites

Responsibilities

Lead regional safety programs, policies, and initiatives
Oversee Safety Supervisors and Safety Coordinators across the region
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Monitor high-risk activities and ensure appropriate safety planning
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Ensure OSHA, ANSI, company, and project safety requirements are met
Coordinate safety training, orientations, and emergency preparedness
Monitor regional safety performance, trends, and compliance
Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership
Track corrective actions and address recurring or significant safety concerns
Provide safety performance updates and recommendations to the Director of Safety
Exercise Stop Work authority when serious safety risks are identified
Drive continuous improvement across regional safety operations
