Job summary

S&S Activewear is a leading North American, tech-enabled specialty distributor of imprintable apparel, including t-shirts, fleece, athletic wear, headwear, workwear, scrubs and accessories. The Senior Safety Manager provides regional leadership for health and safety programs across 5 to 10 distribution centers, driving risk reduction, audits, incident investigations, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• CSP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks across centers.
• Administer programs to identify risk exposures and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional leaders to embed safety into operations and improve performance.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Analyze safety data, identify trends, and report to senior leadership.
• Travel 25–50% for site visits and field engagements.
• Support workers' compensation and regulatory inspections.
• Develop safety professionals and multi-site leadership capabilities.
