Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to provide regional leadership for health and safety programs across 5-10 distribution centers. You will lead strategy, audits, incident investigations, and cross-site collaboration to reduce serious risk and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include data analysis, travel, coaching safety professionals, and partnering with operations leaders to embed safety into daily decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related safety field.
• 7+ years leading EH&S programs across multiple sites.
• CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks across distribution centers.
• Administer programs to identify risk exposures and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional directors to embed safety into operations.
• Lead complex incident investigations and preventive actions.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and advise leadership.
• Conduct site visits and travel 25-50% to assess risk.
• Promote learning and accountability to reduce hazards.
• Support workers' comp and regulatory inspections.
• Lead and develop safety professionals across the region.
