Job summary

S&S Activewear in the United States is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to provide regional leadership across multiple distribution centers, including Fresno, NV Reno, Olathe, Fort Worth, and Puerto Rico. You will drive corporate safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Safety, you will mentor site personnel, conduct audits and investigations, analyze performance data, and travel up to 50% to sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience with multi-site responsibility.
• CSP preferred.
• Experience with SIF/pSIF prevention and risk management.
• Ability to analyze safety data and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks across distribution centers.
• Manage programs per policies, evaluate controls, drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional leaders to embed safety in operations.
• Lead incident investigations and learning reviews.
• Analyze safety data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Conduct site visits and travel 25–50%.
• Promote learning and accountability in safety.
• Support workers' comp and regulatory activities.
• Develop safety professionals and regional leaders.
