Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a regional Safety and Health leader to oversee occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and radiation safety programs in the Southeast Products Pipelines group. You will collaborate with Safety Managers and Specialists to ensure regulatory compliance and implement safety initiatives across facilities in multiple sub-regions.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, incident investigation support, and training delivery, with travel and field presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or SMP are preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, goals, policies and procedures.
• Develop initiatives to improve safety culture and drive continuous improvement of safety issues.
• Lead and support Safety Coordinators in the SE Region and coordinate Safety Conferences.
• Coordinate implementation and continuous improvement of Operation Management Systems (OMS) and safety procedures.
• Lead safety improvement initiatives across the SE Region (ergonomics, industrial hygiene, PPE, training).
• Develop and review safety and injury metrics and ensure accurate incident tracking.
