Job summary

Anchor Bay Packaging Corporation is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across Michigan and Texas facilities. The role requires developing policies, conducting audits, and driving injury prevention with plant leadership.

Regular presence on site in production and warehouse areas and multi-state travel are expected. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in safety or related field, OSHA-30, ASP/CSP preferred, and at least five years in industrial safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in safety-related field with manufacturing experience.
• OSHA 30-hr General Industry or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety policies for MI and TX facilities.
• Lead regional safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Administer training programs and ensure certifications are kept current.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and leadership on injury prevention.
• Travel between facilities as needed to enforce safety standards.
