Signal Management Services (SMS) seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety culture initiatives across 50+ Members, guiding executives and safety teams to higher participation in safety processes. The role emphasizes incident-free operations and robust safety management systems.

The candidate should reside in the Philadelphia area, have maritime safety experience, and be prepared for significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 3+ years related experience; or Associate’s degree and 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Maritime work, especially in ship building/repair, experience a requirement.
• Safety Certifications, such as CSP, ASP or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA 1910/1915/1917/1918/1919 and NAVSEA Standards required.

Responsabilités

• Interface with Members to ensure superb safety program support.
• Conduct safety visits at Member locations and identify solutions for risks.
• Deliver executive-level training and formal presentations.
• Travel ~50% or more, including domestic overnight trips.
