Job summary

OWL Services seeks a Regional Safety and Fleet Manager responsible for safety across the Northeast region, driving a strong safety culture among drivers and site personnel. You will monitor conditions, manage workload distributions, and serve as the primary contact for incidents, audits, and safety performance.

You will also support basic fleet coordination to maintain safe vehicle operations, while partnering with regional leadership to minimize risk and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel 60% of the time including overnights to NJ and NH.
• 3+ years of experience in fleet safety, transportation compliance, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and hours-of-service.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-site coordination ability.
• Proficiency with fleet software and telematics systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety across the Northeast region and drive a strong safety culture.
• Lead driver training, compliance audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate basic fleet activities with dispatch to balance safety and service.
• Prepare regional safety KPI reports and management reviews.
• Serve as DOT audits liaison and maintain regulatory knowledge.
