Job summary

S&S Activewear in the United States is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead regional health and safety programs across multiple distribution centers. You will drive the implementation of corporate safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety excellence through proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Safety, this role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 7+ years of EHS leadership, and travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience across multiple locations
• CSP preferred
• Experience leading enterprise or regional safety initiatives
• Strong collaboration with operational leaders to improve safety performance

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks across distribution centers
• Administer safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner with leadership to embed safety into operations and drive corrective actions
• Conduct complex incident investigations and learning reviews with systemic focus
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and inform senior leadership
• Travel 25–50% to sites to assess risk and reinforce safety controls
• Foster a culture of safety learning, engagement and accountability
• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs while reducing risk
• Develop and coach safety professionals and site leaders across the region
