Amazon Inc. in Hermiston, Oregon is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to own the health and safety function for a multi-cluster portfolio of data centers.

You will supervise a team of Health & Safety Managers, drive safety strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead investigations, manage succession planning, and align safety programs with business growth across clusters, while navigating a dynamic infrastructure

Competenze

• Minimum 6+ years in occupational health and safety or equivalent.
• Experience leading safety programs across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1904 and incident investigations.

Mansioni

• Own the safety strategy and lifecycle of cross-functional programs across multiple data center clusters.
• Manage and develop a team of Health & Safety Managers across sites and geographies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, training, risk assessments, and safety management systems.
• Own regional narratives (MBR/QBR) and analyze safety metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead investigations for high-severity events and ensure IRB-compliant narratives.
• Collaborate with construction, facilities, security, and legal to drive safety controls at scale.
