AI Fire is seeking a proactive Safety Specialist to join the Environmental Health & Safety team. You will support safety initiatives across assigned regions and company-wide programs, collaborating with field technicians and leaders to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role involves conducting jobsite inspections, delivering training, and maintaining safety records and EHS systems. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• OSHA 30‑Hour Certification required.
• Strong problem‑solving and independent work capability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety initiatives within districts and regions.
• Support safety training programs, including OSHA-related training.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and field audits.
• Maintain safety records and EHS systems (OSHA logs, incident files).
• Assist with pre‑qualification documentation and safety compliance.
• Provide technical safety guidance to operations teams.
