Job summary

Sequoia Services is seeking a Regional Safety Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina to lead safety programs across job sites. This role focuses on compliance with federal and state safety requirements while promoting a culture of safety excellence.

The ideal candidate will oversee safety audits, training, and incident investigations. Qualifications include OSHA certifications and 7+ years of relevant experience. Candidates should expect significant travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in heavy civil, mining, or large-scale earthmoving environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven experience managing safety programs across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement company-wide safety programs across assigned regions and projects.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety assessments.
• Provide ongoing safety training, coaching, and mentoring.
