Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 or higher, safety certifications a plus.
• Experience leading safety programs on construction projects.
• Ability to translate safety data into practical field actions.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide site teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Adams Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across sites in the region.
• Supervise Field Safety Specialists; provide coaching and training.
• Track incident metrics; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Perform jobsite safety audits and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver safety training for projects as needed.
• Prepare SSSP materials and support regional handoffs.
• Coordinate with project leadership for safety planning.
• Represent Safety Department in meetings with stakeholders.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Stay current with changes in safety regulations and policies.
