The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in construction safety, particularly in heavy civil construction, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, managing safety training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience, especially in heavy civil construction.
• CHST certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the Senior Safety Representative on project sites.

• Participate in daily Job Safety Analysis meetings.
