Job summary

HOLT Group seeks a Regional Safety Representative to prevent accidents through on-site interventions, education, and regulatory compliance across facilities. The role audits processes, develops safety programs, and communicates expectations regionally to reduce incident rates.

The position reports to Jeremy Kimball and is based in Waco, TX. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, RCA methods, and training delivery are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; specialized safety training preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with Associate’s Degree; 5–8 years ideal in safety roles.
• Tracks incident trends and communicates safety awareness to site teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety training modules for technicians and management; update as needed.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and report findings to stakeholders.
