HOLT Group seeks a Regional Safety Representative to lead accident prevention through rigorous inspections and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry regulations. The role involves auditing facilities, presenting findings, and implementing safety programs across the region.

The incumbent will train technicians and management, perform root-cause analyses, and interface with regulatory agencies to support safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Occupational Safety; five to eight years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal/state safety regulations.
• Strong training, auditing and incident investigation skills.

Responsabilités

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards safety leadership aligned with company values.
• Provides on-site inspections and hazard corrective actions.
• Reviews audit results and updates safety programs.
• Represents the organization in meetings with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Delivers on-site training and ensures follow-up on training changes.
• Investigates incidents and performs root cause analysis.
