HOLT is seeking a Regional Safety Representative to prevent accidents by conducting on-site inspections, auditing facilities, and implementing corrective actions across our Texas facilities. The role also involves communicating regulatory expectations, developing regional safety programs, and supporting incident investigations.

You will train technicians and management, analyze incident trends, and coordinate with regulators and customers while traveling up to 15%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with specialized/technical training; degree preferred
• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Safety is preferred and related safety certifications may be beneficial
• Track record of reducing site incident rates and communicating safety awareness

Responsabilités

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and aligns safety leadership with VBL tools and processes
• Provides on-site inspections and hazard corrective actions across facilities
• Reviews audit results, writes safety procedures, updates programs, and tracks corrective actions
• Represents organization during visits with external/internal customers and audits
• Delivers training modules on-site for technicians and management; updates training as needed
• Performs investigations and root-cause analyses, and reports findings to stakeholders
• Coordinates with regulators and agencies for safety inspections and compliance
• Compiles data to analyze hazard trends and recommend safety initiatives
• Maintains safety practices and adheres to company policies and standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
