Job summary

You will oversee DriveCam system management, incident investigations, and hazard controls while aligning with EH&S policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes developing safety programs, coaching site leaders, and driving performance improvements through effective communications and people development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align safety strategy with WM guidance.
• Oversee DriveCam system management and coaching of sites.
• Identify, mitigate, and prevent high-risk tasks (SIF) in field.
• Coordinate safety communications with EH&S teams and sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations and internal standards.
• Oversee Hazardous Energy Control Program and PPE procurement.
• Foster people development and safety performance through observations.
