Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, safety or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational safety or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety regulations and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advises managers and supervisors on safety in all aspects of occupational safety.
• Develops incident prevention and regulatory compliance programs to reduce injuries.
• Delivers safety training and partners with Training to ensure required programs are completed.
• Inspects work locations to ensure a safe environment and on-call emergency support.
