Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Senior Advisor, Safety to lead the development and management of occupational safety programs across field operations, plants, and offices. You will act as a safety partner to management, ensuring compliance with OSHA/DOT requirements and integrating best practices into ES’s safety management system.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to coordinate resources and safety vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires a thorough understanding of the Company’s safety rules and practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety regulations as they pertain to utility industries.
• Hands-on experience developing and managing safety programs across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills the role of Advisor, Safety and develops strategic safety solutions.
• Provides program oversight to field operations and vendors.
• Develops, implements and monitors program effectiveness and drives continuous improvement.
• Supports safety managers with data analysis and resource coordination.
• Manages safety-related training and ensures regulatory compliance across ES enterprise.
