Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Senior Advisor, Safety to lead the development and management of occupational safety programs across the enterprise. You will partner with Safety leadership and field teams to ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices within the ES safety management system.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Engineering and 5–8 years of related experience, with OSHA/DOT knowledge and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Safety management, Engineering or equivalent with 5–8 years' related experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety laws and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and programmatic solutions for OSHA/ safety compliance.
• Oversees field operations, safety advisors and vendors to ensure program effectiveness.
• Leads program development and assessment across ES enterprises.
• Provides data analysis and reporting to Safety Managers and operations.
