Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Senior Advisor, Safety to lead the development and improvement of occupational safety and health programs across the enterprise. You will partner with Safety management, field operations, and vendors to assure regulatory compliance and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing strategic solutions, providing data-driven oversight, and coordinating resources for safety initiatives, including during storm restoration and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field with 5–8 years' experience.
• Experience managing safety programs in utility environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel MA/CT/NH and support emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic safety program solutions and ensure compliance with applicable rules.
• Provide oversight to field operations safety programs and vendors.
• Develop, implement and monitor program effectiveness.
• Provide statistical analysis for safety and health programs.
• Coordinate resources for program implementation.
• Support storm restoration and emergency response activities.
