Job summary

Maxim Crane Works, L.P. is seeking a Sub-Regional Safety Representative to lead risk management and safety programs across our Portland-area projects. You will partner with management to strengthen safety culture and prevent incidents on industrial construction sites.

The role demands emphasis on OSHA compliance, DOT safety programs, safety training, incident investigations, and data-driven reporting. A HS diploma and OSHA 10/30 are preferred, with at least 3 years in EH&S being ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EH&S experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Ability to analyze information and communicate findings.
