Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a proactive Safety Specialist to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team. You will support safety initiatives, conduct jobsite inspections, deliver training, and partner with field crews to strengthen our safety culture.

The role requires 2–5 years in safety within construction or related industries, OSHA 30, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of safety experience in construction or related industries.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (Construction and/or General Industry).
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and cultivate a strong safety culture within assigned districts and regions.
• Partner with technicians, supervisors, and leaders to influence safe work behaviors.
• Administer and monitor safety training programs to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Perform jobsite inspections, audits, and evaluations to identify hazards and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to operations teams regarding safe work practices.
