  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Field Safety Representative (Construction)
  • Phoenix, Arizona

Field Safety Representative II is responsible for promoting and supporting a proactive safety culture across assigned construction projects through daily field engagement, coaching, and hazard prevention. This role serves as a trusted safety resource for project teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations, identifying and mitigating risks, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with incident investigations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on safety professional who builds strong relationships in the field, leads by example, and is committed to helping every employee return home safely each day.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and related business software.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
  • Experience in concrete construction environments.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
  • Experience conducting safety training, orientations, or certifications.
  • First Aid/CPR certification and injury case management experience.
