Job summary

AI Fire seeks a proactive Safety Specialist to join the Environmental Health & Safety team. You will support planning, implementation, and maintenance of safety initiatives across regions as well as company-wide programs.

The role requires strong collaboration with field technicians and leadership to strengthen safety culture and compliance. This hands-on position involves regular jobsite inspections, delivering OSHA-related training, and providing technical safety support.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of safety experience in construction or related industry.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (Construction and/or General Industry) required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and cultivate a strong safety culture within districts and regions.
• Support safety training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform jobsite inspections, audits, and evaluations to identify hazards.
