Job summary

Lee Company is seeking a Safety and Industrial Health Leader to drive programs across construction, manufacturing, and service locations.

You will provide strategic planning, oversight, and training to teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety rules and fostering a safety-first culture across the organization.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, CSP/CSHM preferred, OSHA training, and at least five years of leadership in safety and health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Health or related field preferred.
• CSP or CSHM preferred.
• 5 years in Safety and Industrial Health experience.
• OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Construction and/or General Industry Authorized Outreach Trainer required.

Job description

Facilitate and drive a company culture that integrates safety, industrial health, programs, and practices into daily activities/initiatives. Provide strategic planning and comprehensive safety and industrial health, expertise to the Lee Company business teams. Provide oversight and direction to multiple construction, manufacturing, and service locations.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Health or related field preferred
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or CSHM preferred
• 5 years in Safety and Industrial Health experience or demonstrated ability in leading safe organizations
• 5 years leadership experience preferred
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
• OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Construction and/or General Industry Authorized Outreach Trainer required.

• Thorough knowledge of Federal, State, and local safety and health rules and regulations
