You will locate leaks, perform repairs, assess roof systems, and communicate findings clearly to customers and project teams. This role demands physical stamina, strict adherence to safety protocols, valid driver's license, and the ability to work in hot conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required.
• Be able to climb ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Capable of lifting 100 lbs and working in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional roof repairs safely and promptly.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Know roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, Tile, Shingle, Metal).
• Decide what to repair and how to fix the leak; document findings.
• Maintain paperwork and communicate with customers and contractors.
