Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Service Branch Manager to lead a commercial roofing service branch, drive profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage operations and teams.

The candidate will grow service opportunities and maintain key client relationships while delivering high-quality roofing service solutions. With a storied history since 1983, Advanced Roofing is a leading Florida roofer and a growing Employee-Owned company through ESOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Technical Studies, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing and/or construction leadership experience.
• Proven success managing a roofing service division or branch operation.
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all service branch operations.
• Establish branch goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise and develop service personnel and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance management, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning activities.
• Maintain branch profitability and monitor financial performance.
• Build and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify business opportunities and secure new projects.
• Generate estimates, proposals, and service solutions for customers.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all service operations.
• Attend industry networking and business development events.
• Assist in diagnosing complex roofing issues and leak investigations when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
