Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Service Superintendent in Tampa, FL to lead the Service Department, oversee roofing repair projects, and drive on-site safety and quality.

You will coordinate labor, materials and subcontractors, while ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget constraints. The role requires at least five years of field roofing experience, OSHA-10 training, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum five (5) years field experience and roof repair.
• OSHA 10-hour safety course required.
• Strong leadership and safety management abilities.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce branch objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Monitor quality and quantity of work performed by the branch.
• Lead foremen to ensure safe, efficient roof system installation.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and staff.
• Manage production to meet goals and budgets.
• Coordinate labor, materials and subcontractors; oversee safety audits.
