Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc established in 1983, is the largest commercial roofer and specialty contractor in Florida and the 10th largest in the country. The Service Branch Manager leads the Jacksonville service branch, driving growth, operations, and profitability while mentoring service personnel and expanding customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing/construction leadership, a proven track record in growing a service division, and a strong focus on safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Technical Studies, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and extensive roofing/construction industry experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing and/or construction leadership experience.
• Proven success managing a roofing service division or branch operation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all service branch operations.
• Establish branch goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise and develop service personnel and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance management, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning activities.
• Maintain branch profitability and monitor financial performance.
• Build and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify business opportunities and secure new projects.
• Generate estimates, proposals, and service solutions for customers.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all service operations.
• Attend industry networking and business development events.
• Assist in diagnosing complex roofing issues and leak investigations when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
