Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Sales Representative for the Pennsylvania (Eastern/Central) region to drive growth with distributors, roofing contractors, and homeowners. You will manage an established territory, identify prospects, and build lasting relationships to support revenue and profitability goals.

You will prepare proposals, understand project specifications, and communicate effectively across audiences while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary sales agent within the territory with distributors, contractors, homeowner groups, and others.
• Develop and maintain relationships to meet territory revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare timely proposals and understand blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor competitor activity and promote safety policies in all environments.
