Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Sales Representative for Pennsylvania (Eastern/Central) to actively grow the regional customer base and maintain strong relationships with distributors and roofing contractors. The role demands high travel and a proven outside sales track in construction-related markets.

You will report to the Sales Team and contribute to revenue growth while upholding safety and quality standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Travel requirements: 75%.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary sales agent for distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and others in the region.
• Reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
• Communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively to all audiences.
• Create and enhance relationships with new and current customers to meet territory revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare timely and accurate proposals, and understand requirements in blueprints and plans.
• Keep fully informed regarding competitor developments.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments.
